Certified Fire-Rated Window Systems: E & EI Class Solutions
Fire-rated windows are the combination of fire-rated glass and frames. The windows hold enough time against fire hazards in buildings. They can withstand high temperatures and prevent the spread of flames and smoke. These windows are an essential feature in buildings where fire safety is concerned, including commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, high-rise apartments, etc. Fire-rated windows are necessary for many buildings according to the local building laws, codes and regulations in different countries to ensure buildings are constructed with appropriate fire safety measures. So fire-rated windows play a crucial role in protecting people and property from the devastating effects of fires.
Specializes in the engineering of complete fire-rated glazing systems. Unlike standard windows, our systems are a combination of fire-resistant glass, certified steel or aluminum frames, and intumescent seals. We offer two primary classifications: Class E (Integrity), which prevents the passage of flames and smoke, and Class EI (Insulation), which adds a thermal barrier to block radiant heat transfer.
Safety Corridors: "Our EI60 windows are essential for protected escape routes."
External Enclosures: "Weather-resistant E30 fire windows for building exteriors."
Industrial Partitions: "Heavy-duty steel-framed fire windows for manufacturing plants."
All products undergo rigorous testing according to BS EN 1364-1 and EN 1634-1 protocols. Our manufacturing process is ISO 9001 certified, ensuring every fire-rated window meets the stringent safety requirements of UK and EU building regulations.
